Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET usually leave the same business day or the next one. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping methods and costs

We ship with USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Most USPS Ground Advantage orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship.

Free shipping

Orders of $200 or more ship free within the U.S. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Pre-order items

Some items are marked "Pre-order" on the product page. These ship as soon as they arrive in our studio, and we'll email you if there are any changes to the expected date. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once everything is ready.

Lost, damaged or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged, is missing, or you received the wrong item, contact us at hello@halfdressed.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. Half Dressed will cover the shipping costs for approved damaged or incorrect items.
